Job Description

The company operates a variety of resorts nationwide, each designed to cater to diverse customer needs with a strong focus on hospitality, maintenance, and memorable experiences.

We are currently seeking an energetic and hospitality-minded individual to join our Maintenance Team as a Year-Round Staff Member. This is a full-time role requiring work five days a week, specifically from Friday to Tuesday. The position involves comprehensive maintenance duties crucial to the upkeep of our RV sites and resort grounds. Responsibilities range from routine upkeep to more technical handyman tasks encompassing minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Knowledge of irrigation systems and Wi-Fi troubleshooting is particularly valued as these skills help enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for candidates who appreciate working outdoors and are physically able to manage diverse maintenance challenges. The compensation starts at $15.05 per hour with an added $3.00 credit for every hour worked, which can be applied towards site rent, with site rent and utilities deducted pre-tax. This part-time position is designed for creative, outgoing individuals who enjoy organizing community events and engaging with guests. Hours are 14-16 per week with a pay rate mirroring the maintenance role plus the site rent credit. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi network troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
