- Ability to work on large commercial units required
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 60 pounds

Job Duties
- Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery within established speed of service guidelines
- Protect the moral, legal and financial assets of Meridian Restaurants
- Work with all Meridian Restaurant Crew members to ensure equipment is in good repair and working condition
- Responsible for facility appearance, upkeep and good repair, including quality control
- Perform proper maintenance on all assigned equipment
- Replace light bulbs and filters as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
