Job Duties
- Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery within the established speed of service guidelines
- Protect the moral, legal and financial assets of Meridian Restaurants
- Work with all Meridian Restaurant Crew members to make sure all their equipment is in good repair and working condition
- Responsible for the facility appearance, upkeep and good repair, including quality control
- Perform proper maintenance on all assigned equipment
- Replace lights and filters as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
