Job Requirements
- Ability to assist management in maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness
- capable of maintaining restaurant equipment
- able to use tools and follow training
- willingness to perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks
- dependable and punctual
- ability to follow safety procedures
- ability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in maintenance or custodial work advantageous
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- willingness to learn and follow training protocols
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck two times a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC, exhaust units and roof of debris
