With a network of 13 store locations spread across Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia, Temple City, Rosemead, El Monte, Duarte, Irwindale, Pico Rivera, and Monrovia, the organization has grown into a trusted name in the fast-food industry within the community. Known for its commitment to employee growth and development, MPMC McDonald's invests heavily in offering world-class training and industry-leading education programs that enable its staff to learn valuable skills, build confidence, and succeed in their careers, whether they choose to stay with McDonald's or pursue opportunities elsewhere. The organization embraces diversity and inclusion and provides equal opportunities to all applicants regardless of race, religion, gender, age, or disability, ensuring a supportive and respectful workplace for everyone.

This position is a maintenance role critical to the smooth operation of the restaurant environment and ensuring an exceptional customer and employee experience. Key personal attributes for success in this role include humility, hospitality, a strong desire to learn and grow, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

The maintenance role involves many critical responsibilities including maintaining the upkeep of customer and employee-accessible areas to ensure every visit is memorable. This involves unloading deliveries and replenishing necessary stock, performing routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems, and upholding superior food safety and storage standards. Additional duties consist of filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining the outside grounds, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms, unloading delivery trucks twice a week, managing the trash compactor, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC and exhaust units as well as removing roof debris.

This role is ideal for driven individuals who want to be part of an experienced team that prioritizes safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service. The company fosters a collaborative and educational working environment with flexible working hours to help employees balance their commitments. The organization believes a job at McDonald's is more than just a paycheck; it is an opportunity to gain valuable life skills and advance personal growth while making a meaningful contribution to the community. Employees benefit from comprehensive incentives such as free meals, free uniforms, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, health and dental insurance, paid vacation, college tuition assistance, free ESL classes, and leadership development programs, ensuring support for every stage of their career and personal development.
