Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in maintenance
- Must be a legal U.S. citizen
- Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically able to perform maintenance duties
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in maintenance or cleaning roles is an asset
- Ability to obtain a California Food Handler Card
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem solving mindset

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas
- Provide the supply by unloading incoming delivery and replenishing necessary stock
- Be in the know by conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
- Lead the experience by ensuring the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence
- Filter oil fryers daily
- Maintain outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck two times a week
- Take out and empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC and exhaust units and roof of debris
