Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in maintenance
- Must be a legal U.S. citizen
- Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)

Job Duties
- Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas
- Provide the supply by unloading incoming delivery and replenishing stock
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
- Ensure maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards
- Filter oil fryers daily
- Maintain outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck two times a week
- Take out and empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC, exhaust units, and roof of debris
