Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- current food handlers certification
- previous maintenance experience a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- reliable transportation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physically able to perform maintenance duties
Job Qualifications
- Food handlers certification required
- prior maintenance or repair experience preferred
- ability to work independently
- good troubleshooting skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to perform physical work including lifting and climbing
- basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Perform minor repairs of small equipment
- troubleshoot equipment issues
- filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck twice a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC, exhaust units and roof of debris
