This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not control or influence employment decisions related to this job. The role available is that of a Maintenance Person within the restaurant. This position is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency that define the McDonald's brand. The Maintenance Person will support management by ensuring outstanding cleanliness both inside and outside of the restaurant, as well as maintaining the restaurant equipment necessary for daily operations. Duties include tasks such as filtering fryer oil daily, maintaining the exterior grounds of the restaurant, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms, unloading delivery trucks, managing trash compactors, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC and exhaust units, including debris removal from the roof.
This role is critical in creating a safe and inviting space for customers and employees alike, contributing directly to the overall success and reputation of the restaurant. Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights
- ability to lift and carry heavy objects such as supplies and equipment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance or janitorial experience helpful

Job Duties
