Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights
ability to lift and carry heavy objects such as supplies and equipment
willingness to perform physical tasks including mopping, sweeping and cleaning
basic understanding of safety procedures
ability to work as part of a team
good communication skills
responsible and reliable

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous maintenance or janitorial experience helpful
ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights
bilingual skills a plus
strong attention to detail
ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
good physical stamina
