The role available is that of a Maintenance Person within the restaurant. This position is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency that define the McDonald's brand. The Maintenance Person will support management by ensuring outstanding cleanliness both inside and outside of the restaurant, as well as maintaining the restaurant equipment necessary for daily operations. Duties include tasks such as filtering fryer oil daily, maintaining the exterior grounds of the restaurant, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms, unloading delivery trucks, managing trash compactors, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC and exhaust units, including debris removal from the roof.
