- ability to lift moderate weights
- ability to work flexible hours
- willingness to perform physical tasks
- must be able to follow safety procedures

- previous maintenance or custodial experience preferred
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean lobby floors kitchens
- maintaining outside grounds
- clean equipment inside and outside windows stock rooms and restrooms
- take out and empty trash
- clean trash recepticals
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC exhaust units and roof of debris
- clean grills and fryers
- clean playland equipment
