Job Duties
- Sort and distribute incoming interoffice and U.S. mail
- receive and deliver incoming packages including UPS, FedEx, and Office Depot
- process outgoing mail, apply postage, and manage UPS shipments
- perform clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, file maintenance, invoice processing, and mail distribution
- support department administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and travel arrangements
- prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- provide excellent internal and external customer service
- follow safety procedures and assist with general mail services operations
- lift and handle packages up to 75 lbs when required
- maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail
