The Maids is currently seeking a diligent Maids Team Member to join their dynamic cleaning teams. Reporting directly to the Maids Team Lead, this role involves performing a variety of light cleaning duties such as making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, vacuuming, dusting, and handling trash disposal. The core objective is to maintain private households in a clean, orderly, and hygienic state following the company’s thorough cleaning system.

Team Members are expected to clean six or more homes per day collaboratively with their team, delivering quality, efficient, and courteous service in adherence to company policies and procedures. This includes not only routine cleaning tasks but also participating in special projects like oven, grill, refrigerator cleaning, wood and tile floor care, chandelier and light fixture cleaning, and other customer-requested services. Providing excellent customer service, reporting supply needs, and any on-site irregularities are integral responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, and physical stamina to perform duties involving continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and various repetitive movements. Integrity, dependability, attention to detail, flexibility, and a team-player attitude are essential behavioral traits. This role offers paid training, and team members receive weekly pay with options for daily pay at branch locations.
