This position is based at Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas and reports directly to the Assistant Front of House Manager. The Waitstaff position is a non-supervisory role that requires a harmony of skills including communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and a strong guest focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and escorting guests, presenting menus with detailed knowledge of ingredients and special dietary accommodations, and suggesting seasonal specials and beverages. Additionally, the role involves relaying orders to the kitchen accurately, serving food promptly with the appropriate accompaniments, and maintaining a clean, neat workspace throughout the shift.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
- Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require

Job Duties
- Ensure the highest level of guest care in line with Magnolia’s brand
- Greet and escort guests to their table when necessary
- Ensure steps of service are followed for exceptional guest experience
- Present menu and provide information including portions, ingredients, and food allergies
- Suggest seasonal specials and beverages
- Relay orders to kitchen by recording guest choices and identifying special dietary needs
- Serve orders by running food from kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments
- Contribute to opening, running, and closing side work including brewing coffee and stocking beverage stations
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
