Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
0-1 years of related work experience preferred
Food handler's license required upon hire
Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require
Ability to stand and walk frequently
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment
Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Work as a team player and prepare high-quality food orders in a timely and efficient manner
Possess a thorough working understanding of all recipes, restaurant standards, and visual standards for each product
Ensure adherence to Magnolia recipes
Carry out instructions of kitchen management
Operate equipment safely and in line with best-use practices for each piece of equipment
Check with management any time quality of products is in question
Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional guest service
