Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
- Food Handler's license required upon hire
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to hot temperatures, slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals
- Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds using team lifting techniques for heavier items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
- Food Handler's license required upon hire
- Ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while working with a sense of urgency
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Work as a team player and prepare high-quality food orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Possess a thorough working understanding of all recipes, restaurant standards, and visual standards for each product
- Ensure adherence to Magnolia recipes
- Carry out instructions of kitchen management
- Operate equipment safely and in line with best-use practices for each piece of equipment
- Check with management any time quality of products is in question
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional guest service
