Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
  • Food Handler's license required upon hire
  • Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to hot temperatures, slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds using team lifting techniques for heavier items

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
  • Food Handler's license required upon hire
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while working with a sense of urgency
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Work as a team player and prepare high-quality food orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Possess a thorough working understanding of all recipes, restaurant standards, and visual standards for each product
  • Ensure adherence to Magnolia recipes
  • Carry out instructions of kitchen management
  • Operate equipment safely and in line with best-use practices for each piece of equipment
  • Check with management any time quality of products is in question
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional guest service
