Job Requirements
- Open and flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Possession of Food Handler certification
- Possession of ABC Responsible Beverage Server (LEAD) certification
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of craft cocktails and regional wines
- Ability to manage high-volume operations
- Effective team leadership and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine
- Proficiency in craft cocktails, beer, and wine varietals
- Food Handler certification

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Front of House team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a polished yet approachable atmosphere in the restaurant
- Oversee daily operations and high-volume floor management
- Guide guests through the culinary and bar programs with expert knowledge
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with company culture
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and beverage regulations
