Job Requirements

  • Open and flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
  • Possession of Food Handler certification
  • Possession of ABC Responsible Beverage Server (LEAD) certification
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of craft cocktails and regional wines
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations
  • Effective team leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in full-service bars or restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine
  • Proficiency in craft cocktails, beer, and wine varietals
  • Food Handler certification
  • ABC Responsible Beverage Server (LEAD) certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a polished yet approachable atmosphere in the restaurant
  • Oversee daily operations and high-volume floor management
  • Guide guests through the culinary and bar programs with expert knowledge
  • Foster a positive work environment aligned with company culture
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and beverage regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to enhance guest experience
