Job Requirements

18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of food production experience
Experience with high-speed production lines
Experience with pallets
Experience operating a packing machine
Experience operating a filler machine
Experience operating a palletizer
Experience reading production schedules
Experience with computers in manufacturing
Experience with sanitization protocols
Ability to work 3rd shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow safety standards
Good communication skills.

Job Qualifications

18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
A minimum of 2 years of food production experience required
Experience with high-speed production lines including high output and fast-paced environments
Experience with pallets, such as operating a forklift and stacking/bundling product
Experience operating a packing machine including stacking, bundling, and wrapping product
Experience operating a filler machine, ensuring the right mix of product and operating a production computer
Experience operating a palletizer including building pallets and managing product changeovers
Experience reading production schedules and managing changeovers
Experience with computers in a manufacturing setting, including electronic settings, line speed, pressures, troubleshooting, and equipment reset
Experience with sanitization and good manufacturing practices in a food plant environment.

Job Duties

Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency
Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow
Ensure package and product quality
Perform preventative maintenance
Operate all manufacturing equipment including new technologies efficiently and safely
Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift
Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices
Expedite repairs to line, working with maintenance as necessary
Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations
Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere
Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
Other duties as required.
