- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- minimum one year experience as a concierge caregiver or desk attendant
- proficient keyboard skills
- excellent interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet each member and guest
- accept ownership and responsibility
- maintain knowledge on current club programs
- schedule and reserve courts
- sign up members for program registration
- resolve problems
- perform POS transactions
- answer phones, page, and place calls to voicemail
- provide great customer service for both members and guests
- demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Club Automation software at the MAC
- handle POS daily
- assist with POS and Concierge desk training to caregivers
