Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move and lift objects up to 10 pounds
Availability to work a mix of morning and night shifts
Good communication skills
Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work flexible hours
Knowledge of local attractions and amenities beneficial
Ability to use point of sale and computer systems

Job Duties

Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
Provide local area knowledge to guests about property and surrounding amenities
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, service, safety and wellbeing of guests
Maintain cleanliness and condition of Grab and Go and tables
