The position being offered is a part-time role that requires flexibility to work a mix of morning and night shifts. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction, specifically within the lobby area where diverse outlet services are activated. Responsibilities include engaging with guests to enhance their stay by coordinating services across various departments such as the restaurant and bar, front desk, business center, and lounge. This position also involves responding promptly to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, as well as handling unique guest needs with a strong focus on follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Additional duties include providing guests with detailed local knowledge about the property and surrounding amenities, communicating efficiently with other hotel departments to resolve requests or issues, and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during a shift. The successful candidate will also contribute to the upkeep and monitoring of the M Club Lounge, ensuring cleanliness, stocking of grab-and-go items, and proactive communication with food and beverage staff.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Availability to work a mix of morning and night shifts
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Provide local area knowledge to guests about property and surrounding amenities
- Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, service, safety and wellbeing of guests
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of Grab and Go and tables
