Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move and lift objects up to 10 pounds
  • Availability to work a mix of morning and night shifts
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities beneficial
  • Ability to use point of sale and computer systems

Job Duties

  • Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
  • Provide local area knowledge to guests about property and surrounding amenities
  • Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, service, safety and wellbeing of guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of Grab and Go and tables
