This role is that of a Concierge, a vital member of the hotel's guest services team. The Concierge is responsible for creating incredible memories for guests by providing outstanding support and local expertise. This position involves building a network of local contacts and staying informed about local events, attractions, and Instagrammable spots to guide guests effectively to the best experiences the hotel and surrounding area have to offer. The Concierge is also responsible for maintaining an inviting and clean Concierge lounge for guest enjoyment, and for delivering food and beverage services with attention to quality and presentation. Additionally, the Concierge must comply with all laws related to responsible alcohol service when mixing drinks for guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The Concierge should enjoy working as part of a team and contribute actively to creating memorable and delightful guest experiences. Working schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the hospitality industry's dynamic needs.
