Job Requirements
- High School/GED or higher education preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience in high-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge in various cooking ingredients preferred
- Must know how to clean, sharpen, maintain kitchen knives
- Familiar with the taste of authentic Korean food preferred
- Ability to stand, climb or balance, stoop or kneel
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
- Must have good vision including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to use proper lifting, pushing and pulling techniques
Job Qualifications

- Familiar with the taste of authentic Korean food preferred
Job Duties
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare for service
- Prepare a variety of foods including various side dishes
- Prepare sauces and garnishes
- Cover, label, date, and correctly store all food items as per safe food-handling procedures
- Inform chef in advance of likely shortages
- Check food plating, temperature, and portions for all dishes
- Sterilize kitchen equipment at the end of your shift
- Monitor stock and place orders, as needed
- Set up sanitizer buckets and towels for station
- Temperature checks for all coolers
- Set up rubber floor mats at station
- Tastings with team members
- Disinfect prep surface areas
- Sweep and mop designated areas
- Sweep and mop walk in cooler and dry storage area
- Ensure all products are labeled correctly in the walk-in cooler
- Other duties as assigned
