Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking part-time Suites Supervisors to join their dynamic team at TD Garden, located in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Suites Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality food service and hospitality within the suite areas during events. You will be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling front-of-house staff, assisting with hiring and training, monitoring financial information including budgets and food and beverage costs, and ensuring health and safety standards are met in all relevant areas. The position requires flexibility as shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
- strong knowledge of food and wine
- basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
- ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- no college degree required
- standing and walking for entire length of shift
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
- schedule all front of house suite team members for events
- assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members
- review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations
- inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
