At Nu Stadium, a cutting-edge soccer stadium and premier entertainment destination scheduled to open in 2026, the Suites Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing all food service and hospitality operations within premium suites while enhancing guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Nu Stadium is poised to become a central hub for world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment year-round. Serving as the future home of Inter Miami CF, the stadium will set a new standard for hospitality and fan engagement in South Florida. Delaware North will be leading the concessions and premium food and beverage services at this venue, providing innovative culinary experiences that reflect Miami's diverse culture alongside classic stadium favorites.

The Suite Supervisor position is a seasonal role that offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00, with opportunities for development and professional growth. This exciting role is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and who are passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the suite team during events, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring health and safety compliance across suites, kitchens, and storage areas. This role demands strong leadership skills, the ability to problem-solve efficiently, and excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and operational management.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a family-owned company that values its employees and fosters a culture of respect, partnership, and growth. Employees at Delaware North Sportservice benefit from comprehensive training programs, flexible work schedules, and a supportive work environment tailored to promote both professional success and personal well-being. This role is particularly appealing to individuals who are passionate about hospitality and want to be part of an organization that is shaping the future of premium food and beverage services in an iconic sports stadium setting.

Moreover, Delaware North emphasizes inclusivity and equal opportunity in their hiring practices, ensuring that all applicants are considered without discrimination based on background or identity. The company’s commitment to employee welfare extends beyond competitive pay to include a wide array of benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and educational reimbursement options. These benefits underscore the company’s dedication to creating a supportive workplace culture where employees feel valued and equipped to excel.

Embracing this opportunity will allow you to be at the forefront of an innovative hospitality venture where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction and operational excellence at one of the most anticipated new sports venues in the country. If you are eager to be part of the game day action and enjoy a rewarding role that is both challenging and rewarding, the Suites Supervisor position at Nu Stadium may be the perfect fit for you.
