Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as seasonal Suites Supervisors at the exciting new Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. Delaware North Sportservice is a globally recognized hospitality and food service company with a rich history spanning over 100 years. As a family-owned business, Delaware North operates across multiple sectors including sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, restaurants, gaming, and retail. This role offers an incredible opportunity to be part of a team delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination.

Miami Freedom Park, set to open in 2026, will be the future home of Inter Miami CF and serve as a premier venue for world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment throughout the year. Delaware North will lead the stadium’s concessions and premium food and beverage services, bringing innovative culinary experiences that both celebrate Miami’s vibrant culture and elevate the classic stadium favorites that guests love. Being part of this dynamic environment means engaging with high-volume, fast-paced hospitality operations while ensuring guests receive exemplary service from start to finish.

The Suites Supervisor position is a pivotal role in the hospitality team, responsible for managing food service and suite operations to ensure seamless delivery of premium experiences to guests. This seasonal position offers a competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour and involves overseeing suite team scheduling, inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety regulations. This is an ideal role for those who thrive in energetic, customer-focused environments and enjoy leading and developing teams.

As a Suites Supervisor, you will be entrusted with ensuring that each guest’s experience is exceptional—from the moment they enter the suite to the final course of their meal. You will take a hands-on approach in supervising all front-of-house suite team members, providing support in hiring, training, and ongoing development to maintain high standards of service. Financial oversight is also a key component of the role, including monitoring budgets, managing food and beverage inventory, and ensuring profit and loss statements are aligned with operational goals.

Working at Miami Freedom Park means flexible work schedules that include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days. The role also requires the physical ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 pounds, reflecting the active and supervisory nature of the position. There is no college degree required, but candidates will need at least 2 years of experience in hospitality or high-volume dining environments, a strong knowledge of food and wine, and a solid understanding of cost control measures.

Delaware North is committed to the well-being of its team members by offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support personal and professional growth. Beyond weekly pay, the company provides training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexibility in work schedules. Eligible employees can benefit from health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursements.

Joining Delaware North at Miami Freedom Park means becoming part of a global legacy that prides itself on creating great experiences in great places. Whether your passion lies in restaurants, sports, gaming, or hospitality operations, this role offers a unique path to growth in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diversity and equal opportunity. If you are excited by fast-paced, team-oriented workdays and the chance to contribute to an iconic sports and entertainment venue, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
