Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suites Supervisors for their premier venue, Miami Freedom Park, located in Miami, Florida. In this capacity, you will oversee all aspects of suite operations, including managing inventory, scheduling team members, and upholding high standards of health and safety across suites, kitchens, and storage areas. You will be responsible for training, developing, and motivating your suite team to maintain efficiency and excellence during events. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, review financial information, and control costs to contribute to the profitability of the suite operations. Your expertise in food, wine, and hospitality will guide you in delivering memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Delaware North values every team member and supports them with competitive weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible scheduling options, and numerous opportunities for professional development and advancement. Eligible employees may also benefit from medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program.
