Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Delaware North is dedicated to delivering extraordinary guest experiences and fostering a collaborative environment that values team member well-being and professional growth. The company is family-owned and prides itself on its legacy, culture, and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. At Delaware North, employees have access to unique career paths and training opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

One key venue under Delaware North’s portfolio is TD Garden, New England’s premier sports and entertainment arena. TD Garden hosts over 200 events annually and serves as the home for the NHL’s Boston Bruins and NBA’s Boston Celtics, attracting more than 3.5 million visitors each year. Within this vibrant setting, Delaware North Sportservice manages food and beverage operations, creating elevated dining experiences for guests.

The role of a part-time Busser at TD Garden offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a bustling hospitality environment. Bussers at the Cross Insurance Boardroom, a premium dining area within TD Garden featuring multiple full-service bars and all-inclusive, gourmet food options like brick oven pizza, carving stations, and desserts, play a critical role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. This position requires excellent time management skills, the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and a strong team-oriented mindset. It is a tipped position starting at an hourly rate of $15.10, exclusive of any additional tips earned.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible part-time employment with varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days. The Busser’s duties include clearing and resetting tables, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring the dining room remains clean and inviting. Physical stamina is necessary since the job involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting trays weighing up to 35 pounds. Those with at least one year of experience or relevant training in a similar dining environment will find this role well-suited to their skills.

Delaware North values its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports personal and professional wellbeing. Benefits include weekly pay, employee discounts, training and development opportunities, and flexible work schedules. Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global legacy where growth, success, and a passion for hospitality are encouraged and rewarded. Whether you are looking to start a career or build on existing experience, this Busser role at TD Garden provides a platform to contribute meaningfully in a renowned environment while developing valuable skills for the future.
