Job Description

BOLT FARM is crafting America's most iconic romantic luxury retreat brand, centered around immersion in nature, high-experience engagement, and emotional transformation. With over 3,300 five-star reviews, a loyal following exceeding one million, and prestigious features in outlets like Forbes, Travel + Leisure, and Netflix, BOLT FARM has established itself as a leader in creating unparalleled luxury experiences. The company is rapidly expanding from its high-performing flagship retreat into a national portfolio, poised to redefine luxury and wellness hospitality across the country. At BOLT FARM, the emphasis is on delivering a deeply memorable, distinct, and premium guest experience that fosters reconnection and restoration.

The role at BOLT FARM is much more than standard hospitality work; it is a critical, high-impact position focused on delivering polished, warm, and attentive service within their spa environment. As a member of the team, you would be responsible for creating seamless guest journeys by ensuring every touchpoint communicates care, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. This guest experience specialist role involves welcoming visitors, guiding them through their spa experiences, supporting therapists, and enhancing guest satisfaction through thoughtful retail and service recommendations. Serving as a visible and influential part of the guest journey, you contribute directly to spa revenue while fostering guest trust and emotional connection.

The ideal candidate understands that true hospitality is both an art and a science, combining warmth, presence, and timing with an ability to upsell without pressure. The role requires a person who is polished, persuasive, and highly attuned to guest needs. Responsibilities include managing guest arrivals and departures with confidence, facilitating smooth transitions between treatments, and maintaining brand standards within the spa environment. You will partner with multiple onsite teams including therapists, coordinators, and guest experience staff to ensure a calm, coordinated flow of services and a deeply personalized experience for each guest. This role also involves executing personalized celebration moments and resolving guest concerns swiftly and empathetically to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

The position is based onsite in Whitwell, Tennessee, and requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak-demand shifts. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record to safely operate golf carts and approved guest vehicles, essential for providing white-glove transport services within the retreat. The ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, such as lifting up to 25 lbs, is also necessary.

Working at BOLT FARM means joining a high-standard, dedicated team that strives to deliver excellence in every detail. You will be part of a brand that is not only growing nationally but is deeply committed to creating transformative, high-quality luxury retreat experiences. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a premium hospitality environment and build a rewarding career in the luxury wellness sector.
