Ability to communicate effectively

Previous experience in residential buildings
Fluent in the English language
Prior experience in luxury buildings preferred
Familiarity with BuildingLink preferred

Job Duties

Meeting greeting and directing residents and guests
Verifying and recording visitor information
Answering calls professionally and assisting callers with directions or instructions for the building
Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing laundry shipments and/or mail packages
Monitoring lobby traffic and alerting residents to arriving guests and deliveries
Maintaining logbooks for visitors and contractors
Following established procedures set by management
Assisting handyman as instructed
