We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Concierge to join our in-person team. This role is pivotal in attending to our residents’ requests and needs efficiently and courteously. The Concierge serves as the face of our community, providing outstanding customer service that enhances our residents' daily lives and maintains our flawless reputation. In this position, you will engage directly with residents through inquiries, problem resolution, and complaint management, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
