At The Gents Place Las Vegas (Summerlin) location, we are seeking a Luxury Membership Sales Concierge to join our team. This is a prestigious, front-of-club sales role designed for individuals who thrive in creating a luxury experience while engaging with high-net-worth clientele. This position is not a receptionist or passive retail role but a proactive sales opportunity focused on selling exclusive memberships, retail products, and building long-term relationships with members. The Sales Concierge will warmly welcome guests, introduce them to our exclusive membership offerings, and skillfully guide them through the purchasing process of annual memberships ranging from $525 to over $8,000.
The ideal candidate is confident, polished, and adept in relationship-based selling, thriving on motivating affluent clients to invest in a lifestyle upgrade through our premium grooming, skincare, fragrance, and lifestyle retail products. You will collaborate closely with Barbers and Grooming Specialists to create a seamless member experience, support retail sales and upgrades, and build enduring personal connections by remembering member preferences and details. Saturdays availability is a must, and the compensation includes a base pay starting at $17.00 per hour with commission potential that can elevate earnings significantly for motivated sales professionals.
