This role is for the Luxury Membership Sales Concierge position at The Gents Place located in North Austin, Texas. This is a sales-focused, front-of-club role that goes beyond typical receptionist or passive retail duties. It demands a polished, confident salesperson capable of fostering trust, presenting premium membership options, and closing high-value sales. The ideal candidate will create an impeccable luxury experience while working collaboratively with barbers and grooming specialists to ensure members receive exceptional service.

The primary responsibilities include welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth, converting first-time visitors into members by introducing and selling various membership options ranging from $525 to over $8,000 annually, and recommending premium grooming, skincare, fragrance, and lifestyle products. The concierge will also support retail sales, service upgrades, and additional services while booking future reservations to maintain seamless engagement. The position emphasizes relationship-building, requiring the sales concierge to remember personal details and preferences to personalize the interaction consistently.

Candidates must be comfortable asking for and closing sales, motivated by a base pay plus commission structure, and skilled in relationship-based selling, particularly with affluent clientele. Organizational skills, coachability, and goal orientation are key traits sought by the club. Availability to work Saturdays is mandatory. The position provides a competitive pay scale starting at $18 to $20 per hour, with strong performers commonly earning an additional $1,000 to $2,000 per month in commissions.
