Job Description
Towne Park is a dedicated hospitality services company with a passion for creating exceptional experiences across various locations, primarily catering to millions of patients, visitors, and guests. Established as a leader in the hospitality industry, Towne Park specializes in providing valet parking and guest services that elevate the overall guest experience. At Towne Park, employees are more than just workers; they are individuals who have the opportunity to make a tangible impact every day by offering compassionate and friendly service. The company’s core mission revolves around delivering smiles and memorable moments, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression on everyone they serve. This mission makes Towne Park an ideal place for those who value working in a rewarding and teamwork-focused environment where customer satisfaction takes precedence.
This position is for a Guest Service Associate, an essential role within Towne Park’s operational network and a vital point of contact for guests. The Guest Service Associate is entrusted with delivering a high standard of hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role primarily involves managing valet services which include parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely while also assisting guests with luggage services during their arrival and departure. The work schedule is flexible and dependent on fluctuating hotel business volumes, requiring candidates with morning, afternoon, and evening availability. Compensation reflects the vital nature of this role, with a base hourly pay of $9 plus additional cash tips ranging from $12 to $15 per hour, highlighting the company’s dedication to fair and competitive pay.
The Guest Service Associate must maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor, greet guests warmly by name within five feet, and use proper phone etiquette. Other responsibilities include assisting guests with bell services, providing information about the hotel and local area, managing revenue from parking, and ensuring ticketing accuracy with claim checks and key tags. Given the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, this role requires individuals who can thrive under varying conditions such as weather changes and prolonged outdoor work. Physical demands involve occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and performing tasks like climbing stairs, balancing, and stooping. Towne Park offers a supportive environment where reasonable accommodations for disabilities are provided, enabling every associate to perform their essential functions effectively.
In addition to a meaningful career impact, Towne Park provides employees access to a variety of benefits including enrollment in accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan (eligibility dependent on job classification and employment duration). Seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits, reaffirming the company’s focus on long-term career development. Working at Towne Park means joining a team that takes pride in making a difference—not only to guests but also to colleagues—promoting a workplace culture built on mutual respect, integrity, and shared purpose.
