Towne Park is well recognized for its commitment to quality and its professional, friendly staff who contribute to a positive guest experience. They employ a diverse team of associates who work in a range of capacities within their parking operations, upholding high standards of guest interaction and vehicle care. Established as a trusted service provider in the parking management industry, Towne Park prides itself on creating convenient and seamless parking experiences with attention to detail and guest satisfaction as their top priorities.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is integral to the company’s mission to deliver superior hospitality across all its locations. This position involves direct guest interaction, requiring associates to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service while managing vehicle parking and retrieval. Guest Service Associates serve as the face of the company, responsible not only for parking vehicles safely but also for enhancing the guest experience through welcoming greetings, assisting with luggage, providing information, and responding to guest inquiries. The role covers a broad range of responsibilities including safely driving and parking vehicles, assisting guests with directions, delivering guest amenities, managing parking claims, and ensuring accurate processing of guest vehicle information and revenue collection.
This position recommends business casual attire for interviews and offers a competitive pay structure with an hourly base pay ranging from $7 to $10 per hour, supplemented by tips estimated between $10 and $13 per hour. The work schedule encompasses weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various shifts, with open availability preferred to meet the demands of the hospitality environment. Although seasonal and temporary roles are excluded from certain benefits, full-time associates are eligible to enroll in benefits programs including accident insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and the company’s 401k retirement savings plan, dependent on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked.
The Guest Service Associate role demands physical stamina, as much of the work is conducted outdoors, requiring the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and to withstand environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of customer service principles, the ability to operate vehicles safely, and possess strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an entry-level role in hospitality with opportunities for growth within the organization.
Towne Park emphasizes workplace safety, operational integrity, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The role requires consistency in parking procedures, including accurate handling of claim checks and vehicle keys, efficient management of guest luggage, and a strong commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience. Individuals who thrive in dynamic, customer-focused settings and are capable of adhering to established procedures and guidelines will find this position rewarding and integral to Towne Park’s ongoing success.
