Job Description

Among its distinguished portfolio is the Tulsa Club Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This historic and elegant property combines classic charm with modern amenities, creating an inviting atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers. The Tulsa Club Hotel is renowned for its unique character, exceptional customer service, and commitment to quality, making it a sought-after destination in the region.

Hotel Equities is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the Tulsa Club Hotel team. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for guest satisfaction and operational success. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, and fostering a culture of excellence among staff. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, implementing innovative service strategies, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and developing a strong leadership team to propel the hotel’s success.

The selected candidate will bring at least two years of proven management experience within upscale hotel brands, demonstrating a track record of improving guest experiences and operational performance. As the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with department heads, and engaging with guests to ensure a memorable stay. The role demands a hands-on leader who can inspire and guide employees, build positive relationships, and uphold the prestige of the Tulsa Club Hotel brand.

Employment for this position is full-time, with a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000 annually. Additional benefits include performance-based bonuses and comprehensive health insurance coverage. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 2 years experience in hotel management
  • experience in upscale or luxury hotel brands
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • proficiency with hotel management software systems
