- minimum of three years experience as a general manager in an upscale hotel
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong financial acumen
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
- recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a cohesive team
- handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
