Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
  • minimum of three years experience as a general manager in an upscale hotel
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong financial acumen
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in hotel management software
  • commitment to delivering outstanding guest service

Job Duties

  • maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
  • recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a cohesive team
  • handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
