The Bellevue Club encompasses an expansive 250,000 square feet of world-class fitness facilities alongside four innovative dining spaces, creating a unique destination where members can pursue holistic well-being through recreational, social, and business activities. Members have access to a rich calendar of events and amenities including yoga classes, tennis matches, family lunches, wine dinners, and more, promoting both health and connection within a welcoming environment.
A key feature of the Bellevue Club is the Bellevue Club Hotel, a luxurious 66-room boutique hotel that elevates the guest experience beyond conventional hospitality. The Bellevue Club and Hotel stand out as a unique synthesis of upscale community engagement, fitness innovation, and sophisticated leisure, making it a preferred destination for individuals seeking an active and refined lifestyle.
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to join the Bellevue Club Hotel team. This role goes far beyond standard front desk duties; it requires a genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations and delivering a level of service that complements the hotel's luxury reputation. As one of the first and last points of contact during a guest's visit, Front Desk Agents play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts guests' minds at ease. This position carries the responsibility of ensuring a memorable final interaction on property, marking the Bellevue Club Hotel as a premier destination for hospitality.
The Front Desk Agent will engage extensively with guests by managing check-ins and check-outs using the Opera Property Management System, handling payments including credit card, cash, and direct billing, and responding to inquiries through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and walk-ins. Agents are also responsible for updating reservation records, coordinating with housekeeping and guest services to fulfill guest requests, and maintaining detailed knowledge of hotel room types, club facilities, and local attractions to provide comprehensive information.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent guest service, have exceptional attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. Prior hotel experience is preferred but not required, as the Bellevue Club values team members dedicated to fostering a fun, professional, and growth-oriented workplace culture. Full availability is essential, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to support the hotel's busy and dynamic environment.
In return for your commitment, we offer competitive hourly pay starting at $24, with extensive benefits including free medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, a 401(k) plan with employer match, complimentary access to club facilities and fitness classes, employee recognition programs, and opportunities for career advancement within the Bellevue Club. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving luxury hospitality environment where your work will directly contribute to extraordinary guest experiences and a vibrant community culture.
