Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience in related industries preferred
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflicts professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning services, preferably in the hospitality and/or fitness industries
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Customer focused with the ability to manage conflict
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail, self-starter, and personally accountable
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
- Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy
Job Duties
- Provide high level customer service and hospitality to residents
- Provide floor supervision and maintenance of the fitness center and equipment
- Ensure TWF standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are maintained through all areas of the facility
- Manage inventory of all maintenance supplies and amenities
- Assist residents with any questions about the fitness center through knowledge of the equipment and services
- Provide support to The Wright Fit specialists to ensure best service experience
- Attentively and promptly respond to resident needs
