This innovative team of forward-thinkers views each engagement not merely as a service requirement, but as a unique opportunity to craft out-of-this-world sensory experiences that significantly enhance company culture. The group prides itself on transparency and close collaboration with its clients, encompassing everything from space design and implementation to the strategic marketing of branded hospitality offerings. LifeWorks Restaurant Group is renowned for its commitment to quality and exceptional service, operating within a framework that consistently meets and surpasses client expectations in the hospitality sector.

Aramark is a global leader in food services, facilities management, and uniform services, serving millions of guests daily in 15 countries. Aramark's mission is rooted in service, aiming to make a meaningful impact for its employees, partners, communities, and planet. The company is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace and providing comprehensive career growth opportunities.

The Luxury Dining Manager role at LifeWorks Restaurant Group is a pivotal leadership position within this renowned organization. Tasked with managing and enhancing front-of-house operations across an exclusive VIP club, upscale bar, and a forthcoming fine-dining restaurant, this role demands exceptional hospitality management skills and a passion for luxury service. Reporting directly to the Club Director, the Luxury Dining Manager will oversee service delivery, team leadership, member and guest relations, and operational performance to ensure the highest standards of luxury dining are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering personalized service, cultivating a culture of excellence, and creating memorable experiences for discerning members and guests. This leadership role requires strategic oversight of daily operations, coaching and developing a diverse front-of-house team, and fostering collaboration between service and culinary teams. Furthermore, the manager will play a key role in achieving financial targets by supporting revenue generation, managing labor resources effectively, and driving operational efficiencies.

Critical to the role is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile members and guests, anticipate their needs, and curate experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat visits. The manager will also be responsible for upholding luxury service standards, grooming policies, and operational procedures, ensuring all aspects of the dining room, lounge, and bar spaces embody the essence of luxury hospitality.

Compensation for this salaried position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, reflecting the seniority and importance of the role within the organization. Beyond salary, Aramark offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement savings plans such as 401(k), and generous paid time off including parental leave and disability benefits. Benefits may vary depending on location and eligibility but contribute to an exceptional employee experience.

Overall, this role is a unique opportunity for a hospitality leader to join a cutting-edge team that values innovation, service excellence, and cultural impact. The Luxury Dining Manager will have the chance to influence the evolution of LifeWorks Restaurant Group's premier dining experiences, contribute to new restaurant openings, and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives—all while fostering a workplace culture that supports individual and team growth.
