The Stirling Club is currently seeking an energetic, polished, and hospitality-focused Concierge to join its team. This role serves as both the first and last point of contact for members and guests, making it essential in fostering exceptional first impressions and lasting relationships. The Concierge's primary responsibility is to ensure that every interaction reflects the club’s luxury standards by providing warm, professional, and detail-oriented service.

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be dependable, approachable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently—from welcoming members to assisting with reservations and managing inquiries. Their ability to communicate effectively and maintain an organized front desk is critical to the seamless operation of the club.

The Concierge also plays a vital role in supporting club events, handling administrative tasks, and addressing member requests with a positive attitude and a problem-solving approach. The Stirling Club offers competitive hourly compensation starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips averaging an additional $2-$5 per hour. Part-time opportunities are available with morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, highlighting the flexibility required in this role. Job Requirements
