The Luxury Brand Specialist (Authentication & Sales) position is a full-time role based at the new West Hollywood location. This role offers a competitive starting salary of $4,000 per month with additional bonus opportunities. Salary progression is clearly defined: after five months, employees can expect a raise to $4,200 per month; post-certification, salaries range between $4,500 and $5,000, reflecting the value and expertise the individual brings after extensive training.
The role involves authenticating luxury brand items through a thorough inspection process, including condition and authenticity checks, evaluating product value and pricing accurately, purchasing and sourcing inventory strategically to meet market demand, supporting in-store sales and providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with daily operations such as inventory management, product display, and coordination. A significant component of the onboarding process is a comprehensive three-month training program held in Malaysia from July to September. This intensive training is designed to equip the Luxury Brand Specialist with the expertise necessary to excel in their role and uphold the company's high standards.
