The company is dedicated to creating living environments that residents not only appreciate but truly love calling home. A core part of its mission is commitment to environmentally responsible living, achieved through the innovative use of green solutions and technology. Reside Living fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, providing an open environment where every employee can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the community and company goals.

We are hiring for a full-time Reside Concierge, a pivotal role that acts as the face of the Reside brand and lifestyle services to residents and prospects alike. The concierge program plays a vital role in elevating resident convenience and community engagement by offering a comprehensive suite of amenities and services uncommon in the rental market. Beyond customer-facing duties, you will assist with leasing tasks such as providing rental information and backing up leasing teams after hours. In property management, you will manage communications, service requests, and resident emergencies, ensuring prompt responses that enhance resident satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in organizing social events and community functions that foster a lively and welcoming residential environment.

The position demands a high level of organizational skill, the ability to multitask efficiently, and excellent communication capabilities both verbal and written. Candidates with experience in hospitality, retail sales, food services, or property management-related fields will find this role a great fit, yet Reside Living is also open to training the right person to succeed. Physical stamina is a factor, as the job involves standing and walking for most of the shift, along with occasional lifting and other physical activities. Comfortable working independently while also being an enthusiastic team member is essential.

Reside Living is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a discrimination-free workplace. We uphold all legal protections regarding race, gender, disability, and other characteristics, fostering an inclusive culture for all employees. We also participate in the E-Verify program to ensure lawful employment. This full-time position follows the second shift schedule (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM), with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Located in Chicago, IL 60610, this role requires in-person attendance and offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, student loan assistance, and more. Employees receive a 25% monthly apartment discount and career apparel allowance, making this a compelling opportunity for growth within a thriving property management firm.
