This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant. Unlike McDonald's USA, the franchisee is a separate company and employer responsible for all employment matters at this location. This distinction means that all hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling decisions rest solely with the franchisee. Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- maintain cleanliness of dining area, completing side cleaning tasks and other tasks as needed
- deliver food and beverages to customers after their order has been placed, assist with drink refills
