Valvoline is a leading automotive service company known for its commitment to delivering outstanding vehicle maintenance and repair services. With a heritage that spans over 150 years, Valvoline has established itself as a trusted name in the automotive industry, serving millions of customers with innovative products and services. The company prides itself on its customer-centric approach, ensuring that each vehicle serviced is treated with expert care and professionalism. Valvoline operates numerous service centers nationwide, offering a wide range of services including oil changes, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics. Our teams are dedicated to providing high-quality workmanship combined with a friendly and supportive customer experience.

We are excited to announce a new location opening soon in Brookhaven, allowing us to expand our reach and bring high-quality automotive services closer to more communities. Initially, hopeful candidates will be hired and start their training at our existing location at 1121 Hurffville Road, Deptford, NJ 08096 before transferring to the new Brookhaven location once it opens. This opportunity invites motivated individuals to join a dynamic team and be part of a company that values growth, learning, and advancement.

The role we are offering is not just about performing vehicle maintenance; it’s a comprehensive career path within Valvoline. New team members will receive extensive hands-on training covering every aspect of automotive service. You will learn how to service a car step-by-step, ensuring each task is performed safely and efficiently. Beyond technical skills, you will develop world-class customer service abilities to provide top-tier experiences that keep our customers coming back. Leadership skills are also part of the training, including how to work as part of a team, manage team members, and even lead a team effectively.

Financial acumen is another critical skill offered in this role. Trainees will learn the basics of managing the financial side of running a service center, including budgeting, inventory control, and sales management. Additionally, you will be trained to train others, helping to develop future team members and ensuring continued excellence within the company. Our commitment to promoting from within means that this role is a gateway to numerous advancement opportunities within Valvoline. Most of our Service Center Managers started from hourly technician roles, and with dedication, you can follow a similar progression path.

Joining Valvoline means working in a fun, energetic environment that encourages personal and professional growth. We offer competitive pay, a flexible schedule without late-night hours, and a wide range of employee benefits. Our benefits package includes personal time off to help you recharge, employee discounts, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and a tuition assistance program to support further education. Health benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are also available to keep you and your family protected.

If you have a positive and friendly attitude, a passion for learning, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, Valvoline wants you on our team. We provide the training and support necessary to help you grow your career quickly and successfully. Join us to experience a supportive work culture that truly cares about your growth and celebrates team spirit every day.
