The Entry-level Lube Technician role is critical to the daily operations and success of the Valvoline Instant Oil Change business. This role involves delivering reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance services to customers, ensuring their vehicles remain safe and efficient on the road. Technicians act as trusted advisors, understanding customer needs and providing expert consultation and service. Regular duties include changing oil, checking and topping off vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting as well as replacing lights and wipers. This position also emphasizes maintaining a clean and safe workplace for everyone.
