The Entry-level Lube Technician role is critical to the daily operations and success of the Valvoline Instant Oil Change business. This role involves delivering reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance services to customers, ensuring their vehicles remain safe and efficient on the road. Technicians act as trusted advisors, understanding customer needs and providing expert consultation and service. Regular duties include changing oil, checking and topping off vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting as well as replacing lights and wipers. This position also emphasizes maintaining a clean and safe workplace for everyone. Auto Lube encourages those who are eager to learn, work collaboratively in a friendly environment, and contribute positively to the customer experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Full mobility and ability to work with hands above head
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
  • Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
