Communication skills are essential, as the role demands clear verbal and written interaction with a variety of stakeholders including patients, providers, and external healthcare partners like home health agencies, hospices, and accountable care organizations. The position also involves educating patients on chronic disease management and administering required treatments, making it an integral resource for both patient education and clinical operations.

The successful candidate must also fulfill continuing education requirements and maintain certification such as the American Heart Association BLS Instructor credential within 90 days of employment. CFV Medical Group prides itself on its supportive, equal opportunity work environment promoting diversity and inclusion across all spectrums including gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and veteran status.
