This hospitality group places equal importance on caring for guests, team members, and local neighborhoods, fostering a workplace that values meaning and impact through hospitality. As a leading hospitality provider in New Mexico, Heritage Hotels & Resorts blends tradition with modern luxury, offering guests an immersive experience that highlights the unique cultural and historical heritage of the region.
This position invites candidates to join the Heritage family as a Lowrider Driver, a role that goes beyond traditional driving responsibilities to include being an ambassador of New Mexico’s vibrant culture. Successful candidates will exemplify professionalism, pride, and personality, ensuring every guest interaction is memorable and personal. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests arriving at the property, offering a warm welcome and a unique introduction to the hotel and surrounding community.
The Lowrider Driver operates a distinctive lowrider vehicle, maintaining strict adherence to traffic and company safety standards while also managing the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle. The role involves assisting guests with entering and exiting the vehicle, handling luggage carefully, and collaborating with other hotel departments like Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet to exceed guest expectations. Communication of local stories, history, events, and available amenities enriches the guest experience, creating a truly immersive visit. The Lowrider Driver also upholds ADA awareness, safety protocols, and confidentiality guidelines, ensuring a secure and respectful environment for guests and team members. This position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits including a 25% match for 401k, employee discounts, complimentary meals, free parking, and ample growth opportunities within a supportive, people-first company culture rooted in New Mexico pride and community values.
