Joining ADT means becoming part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through state-of-the-art smart security solutions. This team is the company’s frontline presence, ensuring that the technology works flawlessly and customers fully understand how to use their security systems to protect what matters most.

This role involves working directly in customer homes or commercial locations to install, test, and configure low-voltage systems that operate under 50 volts. This position seeks individuals who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive in independent work environments while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to customer needs.

ADT invests heavily in the professional growth of its employees, offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, and company-provided vehicles. There are also opportunities for career advancement and a work culture that embraces innovation, ownership, inclusivity, and shared success. ADT truly values diversity and inclusion, striving to create a workplace where every individual feels valued and empowered. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to join a well-established and evolving leader in the security industry with a mission that goes beyond business to make a real difference in people's lives.
