Their continuous innovation and strategic partnerships have enabled them to deliver advanced products and services that protect life and valuables, whether at home, in business settings, or on the go. ADT’s mission is clear and purposeful: they help save lives for a living. The company values employees who seek meaningful work where they can make a real impact and encourages potential candidates to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing, servicing, and supporting sophisticated low-voltage security systems (under 50 volts). Your responsibilities will include hands-on work in customer homes to install, test, and configure systems for optimal performance. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. You will engage directly with customers to educate them about their security systems, ensure safe and clean work environments, and follow all necessary safety protocols. This job offers a competitive pay range from $24.20 to $44.94 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications, making it an attractive opportunity for motivated technicians.

ADT invests significantly in its employees, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, tuition reimbursement, and company vehicles. Additional benefits include short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid time off, and programs supporting employee well-being. ADT fosters a culture of professional development and career growth, providing a flexible work schedule to accommodate both employees and customers’ needs. By joining ADT, you become part of a team that boldly shapes the future of smart security, leads with ownership and accountability, elevates service to a greater purpose, and unites to win together through teamwork and inclusivity. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking a rewarding career in the security industry with a company that values growth, innovation, and community impact.
