Job Description

Little Caesars Enterprises, Inc. is a prominent American pizza chain specializing in delicious, affordable pizza options with a commitment to community involvement and innovation. Founded in 1959, Little Caesars has grown to become one of the largest pizza chains in the United States, known for its Hot-N-Ready pizza and fan-favorite menu offerings. The company fosters a work environment centered around growth, collaboration, and impacting the communities they serve, making it an exciting place for employees to build their careers. Little Caesars embraces diversity and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and supporting employees with reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process.

This position is a full-time remote role based in the U.S., requiring residence near a major metropolitan airport to facilitate travel. The role offers an annual compensation of up to $75,000.

The role you will undertake is the Love Kitchen Truck Driver and Manager. In this unique and dynamic position, you will be responsible for operating and managing the Love Kitchen—a specially outfitted tractor-trailer that travels across cities to serve community events. The mission is impactful as it embodies Little Caesars' commitment to giving back by delivering food and support at various serving sites nationwide.

You will be the primary operator and caretaker of the Love Kitchen truck, ensuring the vehicle's compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and maintaining its working condition through minor repairs and scheduled maintenance. Your duties include driving the truck safely and efficiently between locations, planning routes to guarantee timely arrivals. Moreover, you will coordinate with Little Caesars franchise employees and volunteers to deliver pizza-making services at each site, actively participating in pizza preparation and serving.

This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will manage on-site operations during scheduled serving events and liaise with various stakeholders such as franchisees, corporate colleagues, national partners, media representatives, and volunteers. Part of your responsibilities involves logistical coordination, such as picking up food orders from designated stores, confirming service details with franchisees and sites, and overseeing the setup and teardown of the Love Kitchen at each event.

Working on a unique rotating schedule, you will spend eight days on the road—comprising one travel day, six serving days, and one travel day back—followed by four days off before repeating the cycle. This schedule allows you to immerse yourself in different communities and contribute directly to charitable efforts, bringing food, warmth, and comfort wherever the Love Kitchen goes.

This job demands physical endurance, as it involves standing for long periods while making and serving pizza, lifting heavy food packages regularly (up to 40 pounds), and managing overnight travel around 75% of the time. The environment involves exposure to loud noise from generators powering the kitchen truck and working in warm climates inside the truck's kitchen space.

Overall, this opportunity is perfect for a motivated, organized, and service-oriented individual with a Class A Commercial Driver’s License and experience driving tractor-trailers, eager to deliver not only pizzas but also goodwill and support to communities across the nation. Join Little Caesars in building a bigger, better, and bolder future by making a meaningful difference through the Love Kitchen program.
