As a food and beverage server, your role is to welcome guests warmly, attend to their tables promptly, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance their dining experience. You will handle food and beverage service, accurately process transactions through the MICROS system, and ensure guest satisfaction by checking back on their meals and drinks. Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and completing closing duties is also essential. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds, and to stand or walk for extended periods, always presenting a professional appearance with a clean uniform.
