This job opening is for a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage team member position located at 900 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, California. The hourly wage for this role is $18.42, and the position is tip eligible, offering additional earning opportunities. This role is designed for individuals passionate about food and beverage services who thrive on providing a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience to guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests promptly, serving food and drinks efficiently, and sharing detailed knowledge of the menu to assist guests with any questions or special requests. Accuracy in processing transactions using the MICROS system is essential, along with ensuring guest satisfaction with every dish served. Maintaining cleanliness and organization by clearing tables, completing closing duties, and replenishing supplies is also a crucial part of this role.

Candidates should possess good conversational skills and a strong team-oriented attitude. A positive, outgoing personality is highly valued, and prior experience as a server is considered a significant advantage. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds, and the capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. A professional appearance with a clean uniform is mandatory. Training and safety certification will be provided before employment begins.
